Free Monthly Emotional Wellbeing Mini-Workshop. Occurs the first Friday of each month at 11:15am.

Let go of worry and embrace grounded calmness. Your brain and body know how to heal naturally. Join me, Jamie, owner of Roots Yoga and Healing , and Tanya Kavicky-Mels, MA, LMFT, REAT mental health therapist, to learn how to nurture your emotions, mind, and body through a combination of meditation, mindfulness, visualizations, and guided imagery. In this free workshop, you'll learn how to calm down your nervous system and acknowledge the difficult feelings that make you feel stuck. Together and through our connection, this group can help you live a thriving life and feel empowered to make the changes you want. Registration is not required. This is a free 30-minute workshop. Everyone is welcome. Charis and yoga mats are provided for seating. Come join us!
