Is stress showing up with headaches, gut problems, sleep difficulties, or tightness and tension? Is stress making pain in your body worse? Do you find your mood impacted? The tools of yoga can be adapted for every person to navigate the symptoms of stress.

Exploration of yoga postures, adaptations of postures, short accessible breathing and meditation practices, and guided relaxation in 3 take-home yoga practices with a focus on:
Tired: Energizing, focusing, managing your mood, dealing with a poor night’s sleep
Wired: How to come down after a stressful day for better sleep and managing your gut health
