Flow Yoga
This class is offered in the style of Somatic Vinyasa Yoga. We will begin with meditation and intention setting, then incorporate yoga breathing. The breath will then allow us to flow with intention in and out of poses, connecting breath with movement in a flowy and creative sequence. Once the body is warm, we will practice a few holding postures to allow for a deeper stretch while still incorporating meditation and breath work. Participants will be encouraged to listen to the body's feedback and "do what feels good" in each pose and movement. As always, class ends with a few minutes of stillness in savasana, allowing the body to take what it needs and settle after practice.

Some experience is helpful, but all levels are welcome for this 60 minute class.
If you are a beginner or have special concerns, let the teacher know and modifications will be offered.
