The purpose of Roots Yoga and Healing is to provide high quality care to all clients and offer a unique combination of healing arts in a nurturing environment, supporting the balance of mind and body.
Roots Yoga and Healing operates during usual business hours. Roots Yoga and Healing has the right to change business hours as needed and will be reflected in the schedule.
Roots Yoga and Healing operates under the legal name of Roots Yoga LLC.
In case of inclement weather, Roots Yoga and Healing follows local school closings. If your appointment needs to be canceled for any reason, you will be notified immediately through phone call, and/or text, and email (if provided).
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly at least 24 hours prior to your appointment start time to avoid a cancellation fee. If canceled or rescheduled 24 hours or more in advance, a full refund will be issued. If no-show or canceled less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the entire amount of your scheduled appointment price. If you are not feeling well, please contact us to cancel or reschedule your appointment and a full refund may be issued.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows you time to fill out the appropriate client form and prepare for the service. All services have a specific time schedule and this allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. Appointments and sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Sessions that begin late because the client arrived late will end at the appointed time and are full price. This is with the intention to provide the best care possible to all clients.
Your full disclosure of medical and other distressing conditions will help us to create a safe and pleasant experience during and after your appointment.
Your interviews, sessions, and documentation will be held in professional confidence and confidentiality.
Roots Yoga and Healing has a zero-tolerance policy for solicitations of any kind. Jokes, innuendo, and inappropriate requests or touch are taken seriously and will result in the swift termination of the session and reported to the proper authorities. The client will be responsible for the cost of the appointment and will not be allowed to return.
If you feel uncomfortable or unsafe with the facilitator/therapist for any reason, you are in no way obligated to continue and will not be charged for the appointment. Please communicate with us and allow us to correct the situation, if possible.
Prior payment is required to reserve appointments. We accept cash, local checks, and credit cards for payment.
Children under the age of 18 must have a parental consent signed prior to appointment.
Class and session packages are shareable with friends & family at the purchaser’s discretion and must be used within 6 months.
