Slow Flow Vinyasa for Root Chakra

Class description: Balance your root chakra through asana (yoga poses), meditation, pranayama (breath), and awareness in this slow flow yoga sequence. $10 for single class, $45 for 5-class package, $85 for 10-class package.

Find a comfy nook to set up your yoga space. Think simple. A space where you can disconnect from noises (if possible) and electronic devices, if possible. Feel free to play your favorite relaxing music, add soft lighting, use essential oils, etc. If you don't have a yoga mat, consider using a beach towel.
