From beginner to advanced, yoga has something to offer for everyone! All yoga classes are offered in the style of Slow Flow Vinyasa. The goal is to make yoga accessible and enjoyable for everyone, helping beginners learn and experienced yogis advance. Classes conclude with quiet relaxation, an opportunity to give your mind space to focus. All levels are welcome.
At this time, we are offering live studio classes, live outdoor classes, live private sessions, and on demand (recorded) classes. Explore the website to discover what fits you best.

CURRENT HEALTH & SAFETY STUDIO POLICIES
*Studio class size is limited to 6 participants only. Preregistration is strongly recommended for each studio class, otherwise it's first come first serve availability.
*Doors will be open 15 minutes prior to each class.
*Please arrive 5-15 minutes before class start time, for both registered and drop-in.
*Studio classes are for ages 15 and older at this time, please.
*Outdoor classes are for all ages, all levels.
*We will sanitize all surfaces such as door handles, chairs, used pens, floors, bathroom, etc after each class.
*Towels, blankets, straps, bolsters, eye pillows, and all surfaces that cannot be sanitized will not be available at this time.
*Leave as much as you can in your car or at home. Only take into the studio what you need for class.
*A wellness screening is required prior to entering the studio, prior to each class you attend. There will be a form outside the studio door for you to complete before entering.
*Everyone must sanitize hands upon entering and before leaving (sanitizer provided).
*Masks must be worn everywhere in the studio, except when on your mat (optional).
*Maintain a safe distance of 6’ or more at all times. Follow floor markings for mat placement.
*Sanitize all studio props you use (blocks, mats, etc).
*Class schedules are subject to change, according to our state & local health & safety guidelines.
