Service Description

A gentle, restorative, and relaxing experience. This signature service combines gentle guided stretches, restorative yoga poses using props for support, guided meditation throughout, and sound bath with singing bowls, gong, and other healing instruments. The beautiful integration of techniques utilized will assist in: ✨Raising your energetic vibration 💓Relaxing, harmonizing and restoring your mind and body 🧘Letting go, releasing tension, and clearing energetic blockages Suitable for everybody, no yoga experience necessary. Comfortable clothing, socks, and a water bottle are recommended for this class. Yoga mats, props, and blankets are provided for your convenience or you are welcome to bring your own for extra comfort. $10 extra charge per session for: *Sessions larger than 10 participants *Sessions scheduled outside of regular business hours (e.x., evenings after 5pm and weekends), if approved

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly at least 24 hours prior to your appointment start time to avoid a cancelation fee. If canceled or rescheduled 24 hours or more in advance, a full refund will be issued. If no-show or canceled less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the entire amount of your scheduled appointment price. If you are not feeling well, please contact us to cancel or reschedule your appointment and a full refund may be issued. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
