Restorative Yoga + Guided Meditation + Gentle Stretches + Sound Bath Roots Yoga and Healing is pleased to elevate your relaxation experience by welcoming an additional Sound Practitioner, Deb Kluth from Revival Your Journey, to this event! Join both Jamie and Deb for an amazing and relaxing afternoon.💓 Allow yourself to unwind and settle in with this 90 minute relaxing class. Enjoy gentle guided stretches, restorative yoga poses using props for support, guided meditation, and sound bath with singing bowls, gong, and other healing instruments. This experience is sure to clear and raise your energetic vibration, relax, harmonize, and restore your mind and body. Suitable for everybody, no yoga experience necessary. Yoga mats and props are provided for your convenience or you are welcome to bring your own. Please pre-register for this signature specialty class. Investment: $35. Maximum: 14 participants. Minimum: 6 participants. If minimum number of participants isn't reached 48 hours prior to class, it will be canceled. In this case, registered participants will be notified and refunded the full amount. No refunds otherwise. Studio will be open 20 minutes prior to class start time. Doors will be locked from the outside at class start time. No admittance for participants arriving late. This allows for all participants to enjoy a relaxed and safe experience. Thank you for your attention to this important detail. Comfortable warm clothing, socks, a blanket or two, and a water bottle are recommended for this class. Yoga mats, props, and a limited amount of extra blankets are provided for your convenience or you are welcome to bring your own.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly at least 24 hours prior to your appointment start time to avoid a cancelation fee. If canceled or rescheduled 24 hours or more in advance, a full refund will be issued. If no-show or canceled less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the entire amount of your scheduled appointment price. If you are not feeling well, please contact us to cancel or reschedule your appointment and a full refund may be issued. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
